Is this fixable?

Rejoined 1/8 land and got Castle quality.

The windings look like there a couple of loose strands, the rotor pretty much exploded. Is this fixable with a rebuild kit or is it a bin job?

Not sure how it happened, it was in with the box of parts, not even sure what it'll fit!

I picked up a MBX Buggy with a Tekno conversion as a job lot, and in the parts case was what looks like a Slipperential.

Not sure if it is a real or faker though.

ESC's keep smoking, Savage Flux XS rebadged Sidewinders have a high failure rate, MMMXL's still seem to be backlogged even now. Repair time is out at 8-12 weeks (I know my ESC is just on 9 weeks now)...

There is a logo on the ESC case that says "Castle Creations" or "Castle" that's what the problem is. But seriously could have been anything, send it off and wait 12-16 weeks.
