Completely bored with the stock 5B, I upgraded to a 30.5cc then the legendary CC Racing Engine "Beast" along with both Elcon and Lauterbacher clutches. My baja would drift in grass while holding the front off the ground. When dirt got past the air filter and ruined that engine, I figured I would give this conversion a shot. For those who think you need the "noise", get over it. This conversion absolutely smokes my other combos hands down. Its power off the line is unmatched as is the top speed even when mildly geared. You absolutely will be impressed. BTW, first run on 8s 5600 packs ran almost 1/2 hour. I must go up on the pinion. I don't need it to run that long!
